Visit temples and ancient sites of Nepal, Bhutan and China. Discover the reclusive cultures that are seldom seen and find isolated hillside temples in the Himalayas and along the Yangtze river from Chongqing to finally reach Shanghai and Beijing where life has kept up with modern time but traditions have deep roots.
This is a trip about ancient and reclusive cultures that will immerse your senses with unusual sights, sounds and thoughts.
Starting in Nepal with a few days around Kathmandu and then moving to Bhutan to cover the sights close enough to Paro and finally moving on to China starting in Chongching passing by Chengdu (near the Panda reserves) and then following the Yangtze river (passing the Three Gorges) until we reach the modern city of Shanghai.
The trip is finished off with a tour to take in the sights around Beijing.
